Shark Attack

Monday, December 17, 2012

Sweater & Cap: Romwe / Skirt: F21 / Boots: Zara / Bag: Alexander Wang / Earrings: Satine

Black and blue tones for the 1st day of Bloggers United Bazaar 4. Since I couldn't justify spending on a ludicrously-priced genuine Givenchy shark sweater, I conveniently settled for this dupe option from Romwe. It has the same rugged feel and matches my cotton-and-leather combo skirt perfectly. The Zara cowboy boots, which I purchased using my GCASH American Express Virtual Card, was a last-minute choice but I reckon it still goes well with the dark and edgy look I was going for (and which I terribly missed sporting).

My 1st day for BU4 at the World Bazaar Festival was a blast. Although I came in terribly late, I managed to sell quite a load of items (Thank you to everyone who purchased items from our booth! Virtual kisses to all of you!). My favorite part about the bazaar? Meeting and chatting with my readers and goofing around with fellow blogger friends...priceless! A BU4 Diary post is coming up soon so stay tuned. To the readers who took photos with me, do email me (deathbyplatforms01@gmail.com) a hi-res copy so that I can share them on my blog. :)

P.S. Thank you so much to Anton Aguila for snapping these awesome photos.
P.P.S. Yes, I was posing in the middle of an island (with tons of cars passing by, I might add) in the 1st photo!

Busy Friday @ The Bloggers United Bazaar

Tuesday, May 31, 2011

Joining the first-ever Bloggers United Bazaar (BUB) is probably one of the most memorable experiences I've had as a blogger. It was such an honor to be part of this event and it was a very humbling experience to meet those lovely readers who consider me as an inspiration (No guys, you inspire me. Really). Let me take you through my amazing BUB experience through these photos, compiled from different bloggers (who were smart enough to bring their cameras...haha!).

I was one of the early birds at the bazaar venue. I arrived at Malayan Plaza Hotel at 8:30am to set-up our booth.

(Maxi Dress, Lace Bra & Chord Belt: F21 // Wedges: Soule Phenomenon // Bag: from HK // Rose Gold Cuff: Asos // Feather Hair Accessory: Avenue Top)

photos c/o Karl Leuterio

Wore this to the very successful Bloggers United Bazaar held last Friday at Malayan Plaza. I opted for a maxi dress for comfort and ease of movement since I already anticipated that I would be moving around a lot to attend to shoppers and guests. The bazaar activities require a separate post since there are just too many fun moments to show.

P.S. I would to thank all of the shoppers and readers who dropped by the bazaar. Your presence meant a lot to us bloggers. Oh, if you have photos with me during the bazaar, feel free to share them so that I can post them here! You can email high resolution copies to deathbyplatforms01@gmail.com.

These remind of me of the pretty Marc Jacobs red shoes HERE.

These are just some of the pairs of shoes which I will be selling during the Bloggers United Bazaar on Friday. Some of these are fairly new and haven't been worn yet while some have been used for a couple of times only. I'll also be selling select pieces from my closet such as dresses, shorts and tops! For more details on the shoes, drop by SHOPDEATHBYPLATFORMS.BLOGSPOT.COM.

P.S. I will not be accepting any reservations for these shoes. If you want any of them, drop by the bazaar on Friday. :)
