Christmas Shimmer

Merry Christmas, everyone! For Christmas Day, I decided to go for an easy look with a striped knit top and a shimmery tulip skirt. This top from Zara is really simple but I love the black detail on the side..the design reminds me somehow of Proenza Schouler's SS '10 scuba tops. Spent Christmas with my whole family from my dad's side. I received two of the best Christmas gifts too: seeing a genuine glint and excitement in my nephew's eyes (as he was opening my Christmas present for him) and spending sweet quiet time with my new baby nephew. Priceless.

Playing around with lightweight pieces once again. I will never get tired of chiffon. It's one of my favorite fabrics. It's airy, sensual and doesn't easily crease when worn. Wore this to the DIVA Blogger's Camp yesterday. This event is probably one of the best (if not the best) events I've ever attended. I met a lot of new bloggers, chatted with old blogger friends and had an amazing time with all of them. Will do a heavy-photo post on the said event very soon. 

I'm feeling a bit under the weather today due to an allergy. Hope everyone is doing fine though!
