Viva

Cool beans! Just want to share with you guys this little feature I'm in for the June '12 issue of Viva, an international fashion magazine based in the Netherlands. The feature was all about orange-inspired looks. As most of you would know, orange is this year's color du jour. Viva asked to me submit the photo of my 60's look which was part of the Mango x Stylebible Blogger Challenge I participated in a year ago.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here's a transcript of the full interview (in English):

What is your profession?
I work as a Media Manager in one of the top media agencies in the Philippines, handling a big multinational account.

Who is your favorite designer?
I don't play favorites when it comes to designers. I usually have a predilection towards designs which speak to me and mesh well with my style aesthetic. Currently, I am fascinated with the works of Nicolas Ghesquiere, Phillip Lim, Alexander Wang and Mary Katrantzou, amongst otherss.

How long did it take you to get ready this morning?
It took me about 30 minutes. It takes me longer to get ready when I don't have a specific look in mind.

What did you eat for breakfast?
I usually skip breakfast.

Why are you a big fan of orange?
I wouldn't say that I'm a fan of orange (I actually despised said color while growing up) but I like wearing it during summer and on drab days when I need some perking up. Orange is such a fun, bright, cheery and standout color - you won't be missed when you're wearing this color.

P.S. Thank you so much to Lisanne de Munck of Viva magazine for the feature!
