'Tis the Halloween season and any pumpkin-colored article of clothing is muy appropriate and very much allowed...

...but seriously though, I have a newfound appreciation for the more rustic shades of orange - rust, terracotta, cayenne, burnt orange, and the like. It's vibrant enough to stand out but it's not as loud (or tacky) and annoyingly happy as its tangerine counterparts. Goes perfectly well with navy (a shade I kind of have a secret crush on) too, if you ask me. On a different note, remind me to invest in a good pair of stick-on bras. Donning a top with dangerously low armholes and with the wrong undergarments is never a pleasant experience.

I've always hated bright-colored orange clothes, but I'm really into burnt orange and the rest "calming" shades of orange.
