Feeling Blue on Christmas

I’m a notorious last-minute Christmas shopper and purchased all of my gifts for my relatives and friends a few hours before Christmas Eve. Haha! For Christmas Day though, I got myself a dress a day before Christmas Eve. I really wanted to wear a no-fuss dress to our annual big family Christmas gathering because I know I’ll be running around after my little nephews. I love the drapey structure of this dress. It’s tied in the front to create a beautiful ruching. I was choosing between black and this midnight blue hue and I ended up getting the latter because I have so many blacks in my closet already. I think the dress is so elegant that I may have gone a bit overboard with it for a simple Christmas gathering. My mum said I looked like I was going to attend a wedding…I agree! Haha! But what the heck, I wanted to look festive on Christmas Day!
